01What is your MOQ?+
Our MOQ starts from 50 pcs per style, depending on the fabric, color and decoration required. Share your design and color breakdown, and we will confirm the most practical starting quantity.
02Can you develop from a photo or sketch?+
Yes. We can develop a style from a photo, sketch, tech pack or physical reference. Our team will confirm the fabric, fit, construction and custom details before sampling.
03What fabric weights can you provide?+
We source lightweight to heavyweight knitted and woven fabrics for T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, pants and outer layers. Send your target GSM, denim weight in oz, or a reference garment and we will confirm suitable available options.
04How long does sampling take?+
Sampling typically takes 5–7 working days after the design details and materials are confirmed. More complex washes, trims or decoration may require additional time.
05Do you provide screen printing and embroidery?+
Yes. We provide screen printing, heat-transfer printing and embroidery. The suitable method depends on the artwork, fabric, placement, quantity and approved finish.
06Can I see production progress?+
Yes. Photo and video updates can be provided on request at key stages such as sampling, decoration, sewing and final inspection.
07Do you ship to the United States?+
Yes. We can arrange shipment to the United States by express, air or sea freight. Freight cost and transit time are quoted separately according to carton volume, weight and destination.
08How do you protect client designs?+
We treat client artwork, tech packs and project details as confidential. We do not share or display a client’s designs without permission.
