02 / Factory workflow

One clear path from sample to shipment.

Pattern development, cutting, decoration, sewing, finishing and packing follow the approved physical sample, size specifications and artwork placement.

Pattern & Sample Development

Patterns, construction details and measurements are developed and checked through a physical sample before bulk production.

Fabric Inspection & Cutting

Fabric Inspection & Cutting

Fabric is checked for visible defects, shade and usable width before spreading. Cut panels follow the approved pattern and size breakdown.

Printing & Decoration

Printing & Decoration

Screen printing, heat-transfer printing or embroidery is completed to the approved artwork, size, color and placement.

Sewing Production

Sewing Production

Garments are assembled to the approved construction, with in-line checks for workmanship and key measurements.

Finishing & Quality Control

Finishing & Quality Control

Loose threads are trimmed, garments are pressed or steam-finished, and measurements, appearance and workmanship are checked.

Packing & Shipment
06

Packing & Shipment

After final inspection, garments are labeled, folded, individually packed, placed in export cartons and prepared for shipment.

Separate from production

Showroom, Materials & Product Review

Review finished garment references, fabric swatches, color options, trims, wash effects and construction details before confirming the development direction.

Production visibility

Approve the sample. Follow the order.

Optional 3D garment visualization can support development, but bulk production follows the approved physical sample and specifications.

Photo and video updates can be provided on request at key production stages.

Orders up to 50 pieces receive 100% piece inspection before packing.
