Start with one clearly defined style
A focused first order is easier to develop and review. Choose the garment you want to make, then describe its fit, fabric, color and custom details. Reference images are useful, but explain exactly what you like about each one: the shoulder, the length, the pocket or the finish.
At YILI, we develop custom garments around your requirements. Your starting reference helps us discuss construction; it does not replace a confirmed set of specifications.
Plan your quantities by color and size
Our minimum starts from 50 pieces per style, depending on fabric, color and decoration. A total quantity alone is not enough to confirm a workable order. Splitting it across several colors can change material requirements and cost.

Use the sample as your decision point
Review the sample for fit, measurements, hand feel and decoration before approving production. Keep feedback in one clear list, using marked photos and measurement notes where possible. If a detail changes, confirm which version should be followed.
Typical sampling is 5–7 working days once details and materials are confirmed. Typical bulk production is 15–20 days after sample approval and material confirmation. Complex techniques or special materials can need longer; shipment time is separate.
